We created a career video for NXP Semiconductors, one of the world's largest semiconductor manufacturers, with major engineering facilities across Malaysia. NXP needed to attract skilled engineers and show candidates what working there actually looks like.
So instead of actors or scripted scenes, we filmed real NXP employees doing their actual jobs, because real faces build more trust than any polished pitch. We followed real NXP employees through their actual daily work, filming inside labs, clean rooms, production floors, and office spaces where genuine activity was already happening.
We mixed wide shots to show the full scale of NXP's facilities with tight close-ups of hands, equipment, and focused faces to bring out the human side. Drone footage of the surrounding facilities added a sense of scale and ambition.
In post-production, we cut the footage into a clean, flowing sequence, applied consistent colour grading across all locations, and added English subtitles for easy understanding
